Am just about to fly over to NZ. First time in the International Airport in aaaaaages - like about a decade. It feels very narrow.

Look out Wellington, ima hug all of you tonight, if I don’t see you tonight, I’m vaguely contemplating some kind of dinnery thing Sunday night unless someone offers a more tempting option!

Well it was a fun Saturday night, food was okay at Deville’s but not supramazing, Sin was fun, and Sat morning we had a photoshoot at the shop with which I got pictures back from the same night …. so now I has a bunch of peekatures for shop promo to play with for new business cards, flyers and web stuff, I’ll post my two faves of me below, but there are maaaany more of everyone else!

This is my last week for this trip! I’ve enjoyed being back, been great to catch up with people, especially great to spend so much time with and , but believe it or not, I’m actually missing Melbourne. I’m especially missing The Aerie, and I can’t wait to be back into my weekly organic food box security, as I’ve not been eating so well over here, and been a bit poorly on a few days. I’ve had a hard time keeping up with email and work due to internet being all over the place and being so busy each day at work!

Anyone in Perth who has not yet caught up who would like to, time is now running out!

I fly out to NZ Friday night, and I am looking forward very much to catching up with all Wellingtonites, especially as is having a partay while I’m over, whee! Anyone who isn’t able to make it on Sat night please let me know if you’d like to catch up and we’ll make a time & place, I don’t have much scheduled [and I'm waitlisted for tattoo, so that might not happen either, not the easiest thing to do to book a tattoo from another country :P]

I have electric bike back from this week too, looking forward to being on two wheels, it’s been an age since I rode as I haven’t needed or been able to in Melbourne, so much has changed in 9 months, and I am doing a big circuit today out to Bassendean, the city, then on the way back to my mums check out the new organic store on Charles St that I don’t remember being there last time I went down Charles St. Whee!

Hands up! Please let me know if you will be coming for dinner at Devilles this Sat night as mentioned couple weeks back. We have a table booked for 7pm, just need to confirm numbers.

Also, saw new Indy film tonight, it was fun and much in the spirit of the originals, and I was glad I had had low expectations.

Godwin’s Law invoked a Burning Man, bwahaha. I think maybe this year is the shark-jump year, sigh.

Didn’t make it out to much on the weekend: we moved down from Gidgegannup on Sat evening and are now staying with and for a week; had a lovely Thai dinner on Saturday night but it so totally floored us and I drank a enough wine to be quite unkeen on dancing, so we didn’t make it to Sin - sorry especially to if you did make it!

Also didn’t make it to Zoo last night as had a headache, and the energy wasn’t there, so bleh, early night for us.

Trying to get a few work bits and pieces done today. Just got the hack done to allow LJ usertags on canhasjournal - it was only a small thing but I’d not got around to it. Sorry to anyone who’s been experimenting who got confused by stuff disappearing! - The security settings in WPMU strips out all html tags that haven’t been listed as allowable.

Hello to all of you in the Greate Southerne Landes! It has been awhiles, but I am looking forward to this OZ:NZ tour very much. I have missed the pleasing pond sludge of spirulina on a crisp Auckland morning, the crystal light of a Sydney sunrise over a latte, a stroll along the Yarra on a balmy evening, the blue skies over the bay at Wellington, a spiro at 2am wandering down Collins, a snuffling echidna transfixed by the headlights of a hire car, a flattened possum on the way to Piha Beach…a Perth hangover..

All these delights and more await, so I’ll see you soon.

Exclusive Presale for Newsletter Subscribers

We will be distributing exclusive pre-sale links and passwords to Bill Bailey newsletter subscribers next week to enable you to purchase tickets ahead of the general sale. This will be an excellent opportunity to buy great tickets at each venue before the general public.

Each venue will have it’s own link and password and you will be able to purchase tickets from 9am (local time to each city) on Wednesday 21st May.

Jeremy fixeded the image problem yesterday cos he is wonderful, and I re-enabled all signed up journals - no data was lost, it turned out for some reason the table with the blog recognition didn’t want to re-update, so I had to re-register blogs manually, but they’re all there with any data that was added.

I promise not to play with wp-cache ever again, mommy. I’ve installed memcached instead, and it seems fine ^_^

So yeah, anyone else wanty a canhasjournal, just say so!
